できることWhat it does
翻訳を個人の作業から、チームで共有するものへ。訳文が会話に残るので、送った側も相手に何が伝わったかを確かめられます。Translation becomes something the whole team shares, not a private step. The translation stays in the conversation, so the sender can see exactly what the other side received.
操作はいつもどおりNothing new to learn
チャネルやグループチャットに一度追加するだけ。メンバー一人ひとりの設定は要りません。Add it once to a channel or group chat. Nobody needs to set anything up.
日英どちらも自動でBoth directions, automatically
書かれた言語を判定して、訳す向きを決めます。引用返信やメンションにも対応します。It detects the language and picks the direction. Quoted replies and mentions are handled too.
気になれば AI が訳し直すAI retranslates on request
ニュアンスが合わないときは「AI-Retranslate」を押すと、Claude が文脈を読んで訳し直します。If the nuance feels off, press “AI-Retranslate” and Claude rewrites it in context.
会話を散らかさないKeeps the chat tidy
「OK」「了解」などの短い相槌や、URL・絵文字だけの投稿には反応しません。Short replies like “OK”, and posts with only a URL or emoji, are skipped.
長文も読みやすくLong messages stay readable
2,000文字まで翻訳できます。長い原文は折りたたまれ、訳文が先に目に入ります。Messages up to 2,000 characters are translated. Long originals are collapsed so the translation comes first.
名前は読める形でNames you can read
日本語の名前には英訳でローマ字を添えます（例：齋藤 慎也（SAITO SHINYA））。Japanese names get a romanized form in English translations, e.g. 齋藤 慎也 (SAITO SHINYA).
使いはじめ方How to get started
TGSI の方など、社外のメンバーがいるグループチャットに追加する手順です。チャネルの場合は、チャネルの「＋」から T&T を追加してください。These steps add T&T to a group chat that includes external members such as TGSI. For a channel, add T&T from the channel’s “+” button.
チャットを作るCreate a chat
新規作成のアイコンから「新しいメッセージ」を選びます。Choose “New message” from the new chat icon.
メンバーを追加Add members
社外のメンバーと、社内のメンバーを1名以上、宛先に入れます。Add the external members and at least one internal member.
グループ名を付けるName the group
宛先欄の上の「グループ名」に名前を入れます。Enter a name in “Group name” above the recipients.
アプリを追加Add an app
画面上部の「＋」から「さらにアプリを取得」を選びます。From the “+” at the top, choose “Get more apps”.
T&T を選ぶPick T&T
T&T を検索し、グループ名を指定して「移動」を押します。Search for T&T, pick your group, and press “Go”.
仕組みHow it works
投稿から数秒で、訳文が同じ会話に並びます。AI による訳し直しは、ボタンを押したときだけ動きます。Within seconds the translation appears in the same conversation. AI retranslation only runs when someone presses the button.
保存しないものWhat is not stored

よくある質問FAQ
翻訳は正確ですか？Is the translation accurate?
機械翻訳も AI の訳し直しも、完全に正確とは限りません。気になる訳は「AI-Retranslate」で訳し直してください。契約書や法的な文書など、重要な文書には使わないでください。Neither machine translation nor AI retranslation is guaranteed to be perfect. Use “AI-Retranslate” when something looks off, and don’t rely on T&T for contracts or legal documents.
メッセージは保存されますか？Are my messages stored?
T&T は本文も訳文も保存しません。動作の記録（日時・文字数・成否など）は残りますが、30日で自動削除され、内容は含まれません。T&T stores neither the message nor its translation. Operation logs (time, character counts, success) are kept for 30 days and contain no message content.
AI の学習に使われますか？Is my data used to train AI?
使われません。通常の翻訳に使う Azure AI Translator、訳し直しに使う Anthropic Claude のどちらも、商用契約のもとで学習に使われない扱いです。No. Both Azure AI Translator (normal translation) and Anthropic Claude (retranslation) are used under commercial terms that exclude training on your data.
AI-Retranslate はいつ使えばいいですか？When should I use AI-Retranslate?
期限・主語・敬称など、意味が変わると困る箇所の訳が気になったときです。押した人だけでなく、会話の全員に訳し直した結果が表示されます。When a deadline, subject or form of address looks wrong. The new translation is shown to everyone in the conversation, not just to you.
長い投稿が翻訳されませんMy long message wasn’t translated
2,000文字を超えると翻訳しません。また、Word やメールから書式付きで貼ると、Teams 側で文字数が増えることがあります。Ctrl + Shift + V で書式なしで貼り直してみてください。Messages over 2,000 characters aren’t translated. Pasting formatted text from Word or email can also inflate the length, so try pasting again with Ctrl + Shift + V.
費用はかかりますか？Does it cost anything?
社内（TSCL・TGSI）での利用に費用はかかりません。社外への提供は準備中です。There’s no charge for internal use within TSCL and TGSI. Availability outside the group is in preparation.
